Philip J. Byers practices Family Law in Essex, Middlesex, Norfolk, and Worcester Counties and concentrates in: Divorce, Contested and Uncontested, Child/Spousal Support, Removal/Relocation out of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, Cohabitation Agreements, Contempts, Grandparent Visitation Rights and Prenuptial Agreements. He has also been successful in Single Justice Petitions in the Appeals Court. He is a fellow of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers Since 1990 and has served as a panelist for Suffolk University Advanced Legal Studies. He has co-authored several Amicus Curiae Briefs on behalf of the Massachusetts Chapter of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers, including Blixt and Champagne.
