Philip J. Byers practices Family Law in Essex, Middlesex, Norfolk, Suffolk, Worcester and Plymouth Counties and concentrates in: Divorce, Alimony, Cohabitation Agreements, Adoption, Contempts, Child Support and Grandparent Visitation Rights. He has also been successful in Single Justice Petitions in the Appeals Court. He is a fellow of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers Since 1990 and has served as a panelist for Suffolk University Advanced Legal Studies. He has co-authored several Amicus Curiae Briefs on behalf of the Massachusetts Chapter of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers, including Blixt and Champagne.
As published in the November 2006 and 2007 Boston Magazine, Philip has been recognized as one of the Top Massachusetts Lawyers in the area of family law.
